In 1997, Sema Yalçıntaş obtained her bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University, majoring in Architecture, and in 2001, she obtained her master’s degree. In 2006, she founded Grid Mimarlık with Adnan Yalçıntaş. She continues to work in the company, the name of which she changed as s,a yalçıntaş mimarlık in 2017. She also lectures on project courses at ITU Faculty of Architecture, Department of Interior Architecture. s,a yalçıntaş mimarlık provides architecture & interior design, project, and implementation services. Since its establishment, the company has conducted lots of projects in various functions and sizes locally and globally. Honored with architectural design awards in national competitions, the company continues to provide service with its professional and experienced staff including architects, interior architects, and restorers.
